Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6This fantastic property is located close to fabulous transport links, the famous London museums and Hyde Park. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic open plan, living, kitchen and dining area. This would be a great place for up to 4 adults and 2 small children looking to stay in the heart of central London. The Space: This lower ground flat is located in a beautiful terrace building. As you enter in through the private entrance. To your right is the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Head around the corner and you will come to the open plan living kitchen and dining area. Past this room is the main bathroom and master bedroom. The property has been decorated in neutral tones and there is a strong wifi connection throughout which will guarantee a happy and comfortable stay. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA This room is lovely and light thanks to the large window that allow plenty of natural light to come streaming in. The high ceilings also create a great sense of space. The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates cutlery and glasses. The living area has a comfortable sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. Here you will also be able to watch the large smart TV. The wooden dining table seats 6 people comfortably. BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a sumptuous super king size bed and a walk in wardrobe with a sink. The second bedroom has a set of small bunk beds ( smaller than an average single bed) which will only be suitable for young children. There is also a double sofa bed in here which will be made up for you, if requested at booking. The desk is a great place to sit at if you need to do some work during your stay. All beds will be spotlessly made up using white hotel quality linen and there will be plenty of space in the wardrobes to be able to store your belongings neatly away. BATHROOMS The main bathroom has large free standing bath and a seperate walk in shower with a luxurious waterfall shower head, toilet and basin. The en-suite to the second bedroom has a walk in shower, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. HOUSE RULES: We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything. - The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted. - Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in - This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. - This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. - Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in. Should the above policies are not respected, City Relay reserves the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property. Guest Access: You will have access to the whole property. Linen, bed sheets, body lotion and shampoo will be provided. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Desk in Earl's Court - next to Earl's Court Underground Station where we will provide a folder with all flat instructions, how to get there, tube maps, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The reception desk is open every day from 9am until 9pm). 2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly 3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For a check-in after 8pm, a fee of £50 is applicable. Please let us know the most convenient way for you to do your check-in, so we can make your first day in London a good start! The Neighborhood: Gloucester Road is perfect for access to all the attractions in the heart of London! But if you want to stay local, there is a huge selection of boutique cafes, restaurants and shops that you would expect to find in this classic Chelsea area. Harrods, the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, and many other major London destinations are all within walking distance. Hyde park is a 5 minute walk away and is a great place to spend a warm sunny day. The famous London museums, which includes the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert and the Science Museum are just a 10 minute walk away. Getting Around: Gloucester Road Tube station - 7 minutes walk - Piccadilly, Circle and District Lines. Queensway station - 17 minutes walk - Central Line. If you would prefer to travel around London via bus there are a number of bus stops along Gloucester Road and Queens Gate. Other Things to Note: - Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M instead of 3 P.M. - The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Beautiful apartment in great location
Wonderful apartment in South Kensington. Great location for exploring the great museums of Exhibition Road. Close to Gloucester Road tube station, and all of the vibrant neighborhood's cafés, restaurants and bars. The apartment is as beautiful as it appears in the photographs – the master bath is stunning, and is very clean. The size of the apartment worked well for us, two couples. I recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to be in the heart of things.

Great Location... Great Price...
This lovely flat was in an ideal location just down the street from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our weekend getaway. We would rent this same flat when traveling to London in the future.

Fabulous apartment in an incredible location
This property was everything our family needed plus a ton of amenities that made our vacation much more enjoyable. The two bedrooms plus sleeper sofa were perfect for our group and two baths made it much more manageable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances. The added fridge/freezer and washer dryer in the attached laundry room were bonuses. It is in a basement so anyone not able to climb a few steps should be aware. The Lavanda Management Team was very attentive, made our arrival painless and available for any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment for any London vacation rental. We will certainly rent it again on our next excursion to London.
